SUMMER SOLSTICE YOGA CAMP
A wonderful weekend retreat of yoga and meditation at a
magical venue in the Forest of Dean. Camping takes place in enclosed gardens or there
are caravans for hire if you fancy more luxury.
There is a converted barn for evening gatherings and for chilling out in. Delicious organic vegetarian food will be provided from Friday evening until Sunday evening.
There are wood fired showers and saunas on site. Yoga and meditation sessions will run throughout the day in our Yoga Shala, taught by expert and qualified teachers.
You will be offered classes to help extend your practice from Hatha Yoga to Bhakti and Gnana Yoga naturally and easily.
There will also be short talks on the Vedas, Patanjali's Sutras and The Upanishads
to simplify the philosophy and psychology behind the classical Yoga teachings.

The centre is set in a peaceful valley in a strategic location near to seaside, mountains and hilltop towns. The house has been recently restored and boasts large, comfortable rooms.
The bedrooms are bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. Guests also have the use of a lounge complete with board games and books.
The standard course price is based on 2 people sharing a bedroom. Bathrooms are shared.
There are two main spaces for yoga – the beautiful terrace overlooking the Conicella valley and a stunning yoga room for those days when it is too hot to do yoga outside.
There are about 2 acres of land – ample space for wandering around and relaxing – with plenty of areas for both sun and shade seekers!
There is a swimming pool, sauna, wooden decking terrace a solar powered hot tub for starlit bathing late at night. When you’re not practicing Yoga,
we recommend dozing in one of the hammocks or cooling off in the pool.
